Grown in the heart of the Rogue Valley of The Rogue Valley, this Chardonnay is full bodied with notes of pear, honey, pineapple and vanilla. Balanced acid, oak and tannins make this wine distinctively well balanced.

This Chardonnay can pair easily with not only bolder cheeses like bleu cheese, English hard cheddar, or Camembert but also alpine-style cheeses, asiago, baby swiss, brick, butterkäse, and parmesan.

We suggest pairing the Chardonnay with foods that are creamy, light, and simply seasoned. A nicely grilled chicken breast, with a savory cream sauce or seafoods such as crab, lobster, shrimp, and mussels would compliment this wine beautifully.
