How old must I be to purchase from Sun Riss Wines?
By registering for the Wine Club, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and this means we can sip together!
Is Sun Riss Wines available in all US states?
We currently ship to these 16 states:
Alaska, Arizona
California, Colorado
Florida
Idaho, Illinois
Minnesota
Nevada, New York
Oregon
Pennsylvania
Tennessee, Texas
Washington, Washington D.C
We are working on getting licenses in more states. Follow us and subscribe to know when we become available in your state.
I'm from Maryland / Virginia / West Virginia Can I get Sun Riss wines?
If you live in Maryland / Virginia / West Virginia, please submit a request for order in the DMV customers section for delivery and pick-up availability.
We are offering pop up shops, wine tasting events and other opportunities for our DMV customers to purchase our wines. Be sure to sign up to our mailing list to know when the next event will hold.
We can also arrange for you to pick up your order at a convenient FedEx location in Washington D.C
What is the ‘packaging fee’?
What is the delivery fee?
Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days and be shipped via FedEx or UPS on the next business date. Weekends and holidays do not count as processing or shipping transit days. Tracking information will be emailed to you automatically.
Delivery
An adult 21 years or older must be available to sign for delivery. FedEx cannot leave wine on a door step, that's illegal.
Want real-time delivery udpates? We highly recommend that you enroll in the FedEx Delivery Manager program, which is free for tracking your package.
Re-routes & Change of Address
Once FedEx has your box of wine, you need to work directly with them to change the time or location of your delivery. Fees will be applied. In some circumstance, we may be able to assist you with submitting a request to change the delivery address, however fees will still apply.
Cancellations
We are unable to cancel orders. As soon as your order is confirmed, it is automatically sent to our warehouse and processed for shipment. In some circumstance, we can "recall" your order from the carrier, however shipping fees will still apply.
Returns
Undelivered wines cannot be credited, returned, or reshipped because we aren’t able to guarantee the wine's quality once it leaves our warehouse. We are unable to accept returned wine for any reason, this includes orders placed in error.
Damaged or lost packages
If your package is damaged by the shipping carrier, please email us with any photographic evidence and we will help you file a claim.
